I am a Musician and write music for Film, TV, and Multimedia Applications, for my Band Devas and myslef.
My main instruments are Voice and Piano. I perform with my band Devas, by myself, and with friends.

I was born in Basel, Switzerland, as the oldest of three. Growing up all of us played instruments and we often performed together. Our parents exposed us to classical as well as modern music. My dad (piano) and I (violin) often jammed, playing standards up and down.

Soon I joined my first rock band as a singer. We played mostly Switzerland and France. From that point on I was always involved in one or another band, singing and playing piano and keys. Gigging gave me valuable experience as a performer.

Writing and co-writing got me the job as a jingle writer for local radio stations, later that led to writing jobs for theater and the decision to pursue music professionally. I got my musical education mostly from the Swiss Jazz School in Bern and Berklee College of Music in Boston MA.

In the past few years I have been performing and recording as a singer, pianist, and keyboardist in Boston, New York and Los Angeles, with Bleu, Patje, Matias Manser, Ricky Garcia, and The Laura Clapp Band, Charlene Tilton, Brigitte Nielsen, Jim J. Bullock, Char Jackson, Jeanne Mas, and my own band DEVAS.

Working as a film songwriter and composer I have licensed songs to the Stephen J. Cannell Production Company and worked with composers Lawrence Shragge and Philip Giffin.

Currently I live and work in Los Angeles California.
